²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp University encourages those who have experienced any form of sex discrimination to report the incident promptly and to seek all available assistance. ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp takes complaints very seriously and will work with all parties involved to ensure their safety and to remedy the situation.

The University’s primary concern is student safety. Students may be reluctant to report instances of sexual assault because they fear being charged with policy violations, such as underage alcohol consumption. To encourage reporting, any other policy violations may be addressed (if necessary) separately from a sex discrimination allegation.

In accordance with Section 106.45(b) of the 2020 Final Title IX Rules, ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp University is making available all materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. This training is hosted by , of which ²¤ÂÜÊÓƵapp University is an institutional member.
